This policy explains how Crown, operated by BlackCrown VxJ, LLC, handles your information. Privacy is a core promise of our product, so we keep this simple and honest.

- We do not use your conversations to train AI models. Your prompts are sent to our AI provider only to generate your responses.
Information we collect
- Account: username, email, and a securely hashed password.
- Conversations: the messages you send, so we can return responses and show your history.
- Billing: handled by our payment processor (Stripe); we do not store full card numbers.
- Technical: basic logs such as IP address and browser type, for security and reliability.
How we use it
To operate and improve the Service, authenticate you, process payments, provide support, and protect against abuse.
Who we share it with
We share data only with service providers that help us run Crown, under agreements to protect it:
- Our AI provider — processes your prompts to generate responses.
- Our payment processor (Stripe) — handles subscriptions.
- Amazon Web Services — hosts the Service.
We may also disclose information if required by law.
Retention & deletion
We keep your data while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and conversations at any time by contacting us.
Security
We protect data in transit with HTTPS and restrict access to it. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep yours safe.
Cookies
We use essential cookies needed to keep you signed in. We don't use them to track you across other sites.
Children
Crown is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data.
